UD TAPE

We offer a wide range of UD tape product forms, including full-width UD tapes (300 mm, 600 mm, and 1000 mm), slit tapes, and composite laminates.

  • Fiber types include carbon fiber (standard modulus, high modulus), glass fiber, aramid fiber, basalt fiber and other specialty fiber types.
  • We apply main impregnation processes, including melt impregnation and aqueous impregnation.
  • Standard fiber areal weights (FAW) are 128 g/m² and 145 g/m². Customized FAW and FVF are available upon request.

Tape slitting available in 6.35 mm, 12.7 mm, and other widths, suitable for AFP/ATL and filament winding applications.

TD30XPP Carbon Fiber UD-Tape
TD30X is a series of continuous carbon fiber–reinforced polypropylene (PP) thermoplastic unidirectional (UD) prepreg tapes. The material features excellent specific strength and specific modulus, along with good hydrolysis resistance and good processibility. Potential applications include automotive light-weighting, consumer electronics, and sporting goods.
